Aliens, Monsters, and Robots...UNITE! - Day 1

Monsters, aliens, robots, AND humans… UNITE!! Week 2 in Buddies at Camp Yakety Yak is well underway. We had such a fun (and hot!!) Monday at camp - almost all our campers from week 1 are back but we have some new faces too! This morning, we reviewed our rules and expectations at camp. Then, in Discovery class, we made rockets!! Our rockets were so cool! In art class, we made themed placemats to mark our spots at our table for lunch and snack. Throughout the day we worked on sharing materials and using the phrases "my turn" and "your turn" with the support of visuals and prompts from our 1:1 assistants. It was an incredible Monday!!
