The JCC Perspective (ages 12-15): part 5

"The JCCs are camper counselors that help the campers know how to lead in the community and at home. We help with projects and assembly and we take photos of the campers working together as a team in camp and outdoors.

Campers are people that deserve to be treated with respect, care and kindness. JCC’s are people that deserve to be treated with respect, care and kindness. The staff should be treated with respect, care and kindness. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, care, and kindness.

That makes everyone feel safe and cared about, and makes it easier for the staff at camp to enjoy being a staff at camp. It is way more fun at camp if Miss A is happy at camp. Sometimes, we are having so much fun, Miss A totally misses out." -B
